شرکت کنندگان باید از طریق وب سایت دانشگاه ثبت نام کنند. اطلاعات دانشجویان متقاضی شرکت در کنفرانس باید کامل باشد، در غیر اینصورت سیستم، اطلاعات را ذخیره نمی کند و ثبت نام انجام نخواهد شد. امکان ارائه مقاله برای هر دانشجو فقط یک مقاله می باشد و تهیه مقاله گروهی (با مشارکت سه یا چند نفر) پذیرفته نخواهد شد .
تعداد حروف خلاصه مقاله باید حداقل 700 و حداکثر 1000 حرف باشد با فونت Sylfaen ، 14 Bold.
آخرین مهلت ثبت نام؛ 30/04/2021 مصادف با 10 اردیبهشت 1400 می باشد.
نتیجه پذیرش مقالات متقاضیان مشارکت کننده درکنفرانس؛ تاریخ 14/05/2021 مصادف با 24/02/1400
از طریق ایمیل اطلاع رسانی خواهند شد.

برای دانشجویان خارجی شرکت کننده ، اسکان (برای دوشب) از طریق دانشگاه بین المللی قفقاز تامین خواهد شد . هزینه بلیط رفت و برگشت و پذیرایی یک روز برعهده دانشجویان خارجی شرکت کننده خواهد بود .

Requirements:
Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral students of higher education institutions are eligible to participate in the conference; in addition, pupils of secondary schools and students of the Youth Palace will be engaged in the conference. The aim of the given collaboration is to facilitate the promotion of science among the pupils of the 12th grade;
Individuals, who are willing to participate, must register on the university website. Compliance with the requirements specified in the fields with asterisks is mandatory, otherwise the system cannot store your data. A student is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information;
The scientific board is entitled to decline an applicant with incomplete documents or an author of an inappropriately translated abstract; An applicant will receive notification of acceptance electronically via email. The authors of the selected abstracts have to send papers after confirmation;
Papers submitted by an individual or two co-authors are permitted. More than one work of a student or group work (three or more authors) will be automatically declined;
The abstract must follow the following format:
The abstract should be minimum 700 and maximum 1000 symbols;
Font: Georgian and English versions – Sylfaen;
Font Size: Headings (title, participant’s name and surname, name of an educational institution and level of studies (undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs), scientific supervisor’s name and surname, academic degree by indicating the field, academic position) - 14 Bold; Main text - 12
Line spacing – 1,5;
Margins – 2,5 from all sides.
Information for Participants:
Conference participants’ abstracts will be published electronically and they will be awarded certificates at the end of the meeting; in addition, teachers of schools and the Youth Palace will also receive certificates;
10 minutes will be allotted for presentations, and for debates – 5 minutes;
CIU provides accommodation for foreign students participating in the conference in Tbilisi;
