The Iranian Research Organisation for Science and Technology (IROST) has organized the 33rd session of the Khwarizmi International Award, where the distinguished scientists and researchers worldwide are invited to present their candidature to the secretariat, by no longer than 1st November 2019

According to the Public Relation, the 38th meeting of the policy council on international affairs of FUM was held in December 2018. The instruction of Ph.D. by research program for non-Iranian applicants has been approved.


In this regard, the applicants can apply for registration and simultaneously send their proposal to the International Academic Relations Department of FUM. The documents will be evaluated by the committee includes the representatives of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Vice President for Research and Technology, and the International Academic Relations Department, and two faculty members with the related specialization. Then, the confirmed applicants can take 3 to 8 education units according to their supervisors’ approvals.

The Congratulatory Meeting for the Active International Representatives and Students of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

A sincere meeting with the active international representatives and students was held on January 02, 2019. Dr. Moazzenzadeh, the head of International Students Office, expressed her thanks for the international students’ cooperation in the cultural activities of the last year.

Porous Nano structure with gas adsorption capability, named Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, was registered at CSD in Cambridge

Researchers at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad have succeeded in building nanostructures made of metal-based frames that can be used to separate and store greenhouse gases, including CO2.
This is the second metal-organic nanostructured framework that has been registered in the name of Iran at the prestigious Cambridge database of CSDs.
