According to the Public Relation, the 38th meeting of the policy council on international affairs of FUM was held in December 2018. The instruction of Ph.D. by research program for non-Iranian applicants has been approved.

In this regard, the applicants can apply for registration and simultaneously send their proposal to the International Academic Relations Department of FUM. The documents will be evaluated by the committee includes the representatives of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Vice President for Research and Technology, and the International Academic Relations Department, and two faculty members with the related specialization. Then, the confirmed applicants can take 3 to 8 education units according to their supervisors’ approvals.
