The International Online Practical Conference titled "Modern Scientific Research and Innovative Technologies" was held on May 13 (23 Ordibehesht) at Magtymguly Turkmen State University.

This scientific event took place in an international atmosphere, coinciding with the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, and was attended by a group of professors, researchers, and experts in science and technology from 25 countries around the world.

At the beginning of the conference, the President of Magtymguly University delivered a speech, emphasizing the importance of developing scientific cooperation, expanding modern research, and utilizing technological capacities in the path of university progress.

Following him, Dr. Danesh Nari, as the second speaker and on behalf of the President of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, presented his speech on the main approaches to the development of legal science with an emphasis on innovative technologies. The core theme of his address was examining the impact of innovative technologies on legal research. In his remarks, he highlighted the growing role of modern technologies in improving the quality of scientific research in law, facilitating research processes, developing new educational methods, and enhancing scientific interactions within university environments.

This conference provided a suitable platform for exchanging views, presenting scientific achievements, and strengthening international cooperation among universities and research centers, while underscoring the importance of innovative technologies in the future of academic research
